How to make a protein bar and stools in under 2 minutes
The first time I tried a protein-bar, I had no idea how to make one.
Now I know.
I was not sure what to expect when I made the first bars of my new favorite protein bar.
I was worried about how many calories were in each bar, but the calories were good.
And it was cheap.
I didn’t need to buy anything fancy or fancy-pants, so I figured I’d make it for myself.
I ordered a couple of bars for a few friends and one for myself and my mom, who also made a few.
I used a food processor, but I would have used a blender or food dehydrator.
The bars were super smooth and packed with protein, so my mom didn’t mind at all.
She said they tasted like the protein bar she used to make when she was a kid.
I think it’s the perfect bar.
It took about two hours to make the first two bars.
I put a bunch of flour and baking powder into a small bowl and stirred it with a whisk until the dough had the consistency of a hard candy bar.
Then I added some shredded coconut, a little salt, a few cloves of garlic and some chopped herbs.
I added a few drops of water to the mixture to make it thicker and easier to roll out.
Then I made a couple more bars with the same ingredients, and then I mixed them in a small saucepan with about two tablespoons of coconut oil.
I then heated the coconut oil over medium heat until the mixture was almost boiling.
It took about 30 seconds.
Then, I mixed it with about 1/4 cup of water.
I made sure to add about a tablespoon of water before adding the next batch.
Then it was time to make another batch of bars, this time using the dough to make some stools.
I cut it into three equal pieces, then rolled them into balls.
I placed them on a baking sheet and covered them with plastic wrap, and let them bake for about an hour.
When I took them out, they were delicious, so the next time I made them, I doubled the dough and rolled them out into three balls.
It was a lot of work and took about three hours.
I also made the next batches of bars in batches, making them a couple at a time.
The longer you make the bar, the better it will taste.
They were great the first time.
