A new vegan bar and cafe in Singapore is on its way
A new food and drink concept called Space Bar will open its doors to the public in Singapore in June.
The restaurant and cafe, which will be located on a main street in the city of Bandar Seri Begawan, will be named after the famed physicist Alan Turing.
The space bar is the first of its kind in the world.
Here’s how it works: One of the four main components of Space Bar’s menu will be a protein bar.
A variety of meats and seafood dishes will be served with different ingredients from around the world including exotic fish, lamb and lamb ribs, as well as fresh seasonal produce.
It will be made using sustainable ingredients.
The protein bar will also have a range of vegetarian options, which include chicken, beef and veg.
Space Bar is set to open in the first quarter of 2019.
The food at the restaurant is sourced locally.
Here are some of the perks of Space Bars vegan menu: It will include vegan and non-vegan options for each of the 4 main components on the menu (the vegan options include fish, meat and poultry).
It will also include a range with vegan or non-animal options for your choice of sides, sides of meat and fish, salads, soups and entrees.

Lamb Lamb Sirloin – beef steak, vegetables in a gravy, rice.
