Milk bar cake with milkshake
This milkshakes recipe is a classic and you should definitely try it.
But, this recipe has a twist, which makes it even more fun.
Here are the ingredients: 2 cups of flour 1 cup of cocoa powder 1 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons milk 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 cup milk chocolate chips 2 eggs 1 tablespoon butter (1 tablespoon toasted) 2 tablespoons butter (toasted) 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 cup butter (sifted) 3 tablespoons water 2 tablespoons vanilla bean paste (optional) 1/2 cup water 1/3 cup milk Chocolate bars for topping Instructions In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, milk and vanilla.
Add the milk mixture to the flour mixture.
Pour in the chocolate chips and egg mixture.
Add in the butter, water and vanilla and stir until the dough is soft.
Shape the dough into a ball and press into a greased pie plate.
Cover the pie plate with the milk chocolate bars and bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 minutes, until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and cool completely.
Remove the pie from the pan and transfer to a wire rack.
Remove and cut into pieces.
